Loi dérives sectaires et sujétion psychologique, ce qu’ils en pensent…

Ces jours-ci à la Commission des lois de l’Assemblée nationale, on discute de la loi « visant à renforcer les dérives sectaires ». Le Sénat a proposé une nouvelle version du projet de loi, entre autres en en retirant l’article 1 du projet initial, qui créait un délit de « placement ou de maintien en état de sujétion psychologique ou physique ». Mais aujourd’hui à l’Assemblée, la rapporteure du projet de loi Brigitte Liso a estimé que le Sénat avait fait n’importe quoi, et entend bien remettre dans sa forme initiale le projet de loi, et réincorporer l’article 1.

In particular, it presents an overview of the country’s domestic legal framework and draws attention to specific concerns related to the criminalization of blasphemy. Additionally, the report examines the rise in acts of terrorism and mob violence against Christians and religious minorities, including Muslim minorities, and the related climate of impunity over the reporting period.
