Bitter Winter – Christian Gospel Mission and the Moment Stigma Turned Physical: The Case Reaches the United Nations
CAP LC submitted a follow-up written statement to the UN Human Rights Council documenting the escalation from discrimination to physical violence against Christian Gospel Mission members in South Korea and Taiwan. The submission argued that sustained stigmatization through media narratives had created an environment in which violence became possible, and called on the Council to monitor institutional discrimination and address the ethical responsibilities of global streaming platforms.
